As a Sales Executive at Sant Hyundai, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for driving vehicle sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your role will involve engaging with customers, showcasing our vehicle offerings, and guiding them through the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and identify customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- **Sales Process**:

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and complete all necessary sales documentation and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and market conditions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Performance**:

- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales goals.
- Track and report on sales activities, including leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automobile sector, is desirable but not required.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey technical information about vehicles and financing options clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a passion for automobiles and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
