Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and connect with leads to explain our immigration services.
  • Share basic information about immigration processes, documentation, and eligibility.
  • Follow up with interested clients to convert them into successful sales.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets given by the company.
  • Maintain and update lead records in Excel.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and answer their queries clearly and politely.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Google search and MS Excel.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets consistently.
