Trupp Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media. The role requires strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills to drive measurable business growth.

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media channels.
  • Manage both on-page and off-page SEO to improve website visibility, organic rankings, and traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize content for SEO performance.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.
  • Build high-quality backlinks, collaborate with influencers, and promote content for maximum reach.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns, segment lists, analyse performance metrics, and optimize for conversions.
  • Track KPIs, generate detailed reports, and provide insights for performance improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Provide strategic input for campaign planning, workflow management, and team collaboration.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in SEO, Paid Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent project management and team coordination abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools .
  • Digital Marketing experience in B2B services(Outsourcing/KPO/BPO/Consulting)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital marketing performance across multiple channels.
