Sales Assistant

Navtech is looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will assist with client interactions, order processing, and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth sales process and excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced job and we are looking for a quick learner with excellent communication skills to fill this position.
Working as an Sales Assistant at Navtech, you will:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities and customer interactions.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and customer databases.
- Support order processing, quotations, and invoice generation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Who Are We Looking For Exactly?
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Advance Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Knowledge in tools (Linear, Jira, Confluence) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
