Navtech is looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will assist with client interactions, order processing, and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth sales process and excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced job and we are looking for a quick learner with excellent communication skills to fill this position.

Working as an Sales Assistant at Navtech, you will:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities and customer interactions.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and customer databases.
  • Support order processing, quotations, and invoice generation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Advance Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Knowledge in tools (Linear, Jira, Confluence) is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
