Job Title: Assistant Manager Inside Sales
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Department: Sales
Reports to: Manager / Head of Inside Sales
Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager Inside Sales will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of inside sales executives to achieve sales targets, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and closure through effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Handle escalations and support team members in deal closures.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and pipeline.
- Identify training needs and upskill the team for continuous performance improvement.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 23 years in a team lead/managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
