We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our growing STAAH team. The role is non-technical but requires a good understanding of using technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer-driven, tech-comfortable, eager to learn, and looking to grow in the hospitality technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth setup of STAAH services.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Partner Services and Sales team within India to resolve client needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell STAAH products to existing customers.
- Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and business updates.
- Follow up on client payments and maintain accurate records.
- Provide solutions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Fresher. Experience in customer service, client servicing, or customer support roles.
- Good command over English (verbal & written) will be an added advantage
- Ability to use technology comfortably (MS Office, email, CRM tools, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong drive to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
