We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to review, verify, and coordinate all structural aspects of the project. The role involves reviewing RCC drawings, coordinating with architects and MEP consultants, supporting site teams, and ensuring adherence to schedules and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and check RCC drawings for structural compliance and accuracy
  • Prepare and review BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
  • Cross-check RCC drawings with architectural plans using a predefined checklist
  • Review and finalize GFC (Good for Construction) drawings within defined project scope
  • Coordinate with MEP consultants for service layouts and organize necessary site visits
  • Create and check shuttering drawings as per project requirements
  • Work closely with site teams to resolve on-site technical issues promptly
  • Monitor project progress and provide early warnings for potential delays
  • Ensure all work complies with design standards and is completed within deadlines
  • Follow and enforce project schedules and structural engineering best practices

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of structural engineering and RCC design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software (e etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
  • Good knowledge of BBS and BOQ preparation
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Time management and adherence to project deadlines
  • Site coordination and issue resolution capabilities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Experience with residential/commercial high-rise buildings is a plus
