Job Title: Site Structural Engineer

Project Types: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Projects

Site Locations: Hinjewadi, Ravet,

Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage structural work at multiple sites (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Execute construction activities as per structural drawings and specifications.
  • Review and interpret structural designs and ensure implementation with high accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor the structural safety, integrity, and durability of ongoing works.
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks within deadlines and budget.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project manager.
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to engineering standards.
  • Assist in material estimation and resource planning related to structural works.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, and foundation systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Experience handling multiple site executions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and structural design software (optional but preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of site work independently.
