Designation- Sr Quality Engineer

Salary-30k to 35k

Location- Greater Noida/ Noida

Experience- 3 to 6 year

Industry - Cable or Plastic/Rubber/Polymer.-Any

We have two openings-One for Rubber unit -Greater Noida Another for Cable Units-Noida

Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for managing and executing all quality assurance activities to ensure product and process compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This role involves resolving customer complaints, managing audits, handling non-conformities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all SR. Quality Assurance (QA) activities to maintain product and process quality.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015 quality management systems.
  • Coordinate and support customer audits, ensuring all non-conformities (NC) are closed promptly.
  • Handle abnormality investigations and submit Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Review and control the master list of critical quality documents including PFD (Process Flow Diagram), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Control Plans (CP) with proper revision management.
  • Review and control company procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor MRM (Management Review Meeting) activities and track quality objectives.
  • Maintain and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) records.
  • Submit data accurately to IMDS (International Material Data System) and manage portal work for customer declarations.
  • Prepare and submit declarations required by all customers as per their specifications.
  • Manage and address external and internal issues, identifying associated risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction Plans and related records.
  • Implement and monitor Contingency Plans for quality-related activities.
  • Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) as per plan to monitor process stability and measurement accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain internal audit plans and records to ensure compliance with quality systems.
  • Execute process and product audits as scheduled and maintain detailed records of findings and corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain Measuring Instrument Calibration Plans and ensure timely calibration of all equipment to maintain accuracy and traceability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance activities, preferably in an IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015 environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer complaint management and resolution.
  • Familiarity with CAPA processes and non-conformity management.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality documents such as PFD, FMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Experience with audit processes (customer, internal, and process audits).
  • Proficient in SPC, MSA, and calibration procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate between departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of IMDS and other customer portals is a plus.Role & responsibilities
