Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for Mortgage Servicing Inbound & Outbound Voice Process. The role involves handling customer resolution calls, payment support, escrow/payoff queries, and delinquency management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls related to collections, payments, payoff, escrow, document requests, billing inquiries, and account status.
  • Contact borrowers using dialer to resolve delinquency via Speedpay and other loss mitigation options.
  • Provide accurate information using scripted materials and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues related to mortgage loans and escalate cases as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support complex customer problems.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice / Customer Service / Collections.
  • Prior mortgage or BFSI experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication & active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Experience using CRM, dialers and call resolution systems.

-Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (Excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)

-Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road)

Shift & Weekly Off:

  • Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)
  • Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
