We are looking for a skilled Indian chef to join our team as a DCDP (1 No) in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and excellent culinary skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and quality control measures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in an Indian cuisine establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to adapt to changing menu requirements and customer preferences.
