  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials like fabric, wood, foam, metal, and mechanisms for sofas/chairs.
  • Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and contract terms with vendors.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Maintain effective communication with design, production, and quality departments for seamless manufacturing.
  • Analyze consumption data, forecast inventory requirements, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records, and ensure compliance with quality and company standards
  • Receive, inspect, and report on quality and quantity of incoming materials.
  • Properly store raw materials, hardware, finished goods, and maintain optimal warehouse organization.
  • Track stock movement (inward/outward), keep inventory records up to date, and perform regular stock audits.
  • Replenish inventory as per production requirements, using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
  • Supervise store staff and oversee safe handling, labeling, and storage as per safety standards.
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for efficient workflow.
