About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality posts, reels, and stories
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive growth
  • Stay updated with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
