Job Title: Project Manager and Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a
Project Manager and Social Media Marketing Manager
. In this dual role, you will play a key part in managing our social media marketing initiatives while overseeing project timelines and ensuring successful execution. You will drive the strategic development of content, campaigns, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute social media marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for social media campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and prioritization.
• Facilitate communication across teams and departments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays and budget overruns.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of key initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and potential roadblocks.

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

• Design, plan, and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage daily content creation, curation, and posting, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Oversee the production of multimedia content (text, images, videos, infographics) to ensure high-quality outputs that resonate with the target audience.
• Develop content calendars, aligning with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging posts, ads, and videos for social media campaigns.

Community Engagement and Management:

• Monitor and manage the brand's social media presence, engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster positive community relationships, creating a loyal and engaged online audience.
• Manage online reputation and monitor social conversations to ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across platforms.

Analytics, Reporting, and Performance Optimization:

• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
• Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize content strategy, engagement tactics, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, trends, and ROI for social media efforts.
• Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance metrics and emerging trends in the industry.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
• Assist in the planning and execution of online events, contests, or promotional activities that drive engagement.
• Support the marketing team with any social media-related needs, ensuring a seamless integration of online marketing initiatives with overall project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of managing timelines, resources, and team coordination.
• Solid experience in social media marketing and content creation, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop clear, engaging, and concise content.
• Basic proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to visual aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with trends, tools, and industry developments.
• Must be an expert in day-to-day tools like Canva, Google Workspaces, etc.
