Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Executive, located in Navi Mumbai. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing the billing process, including preparing and generating invoices and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. Key responsibilities also include monitoring accounts, resolving customer billing inquiries, analyzing billing data for discrepancies, and maintaining financial documentation records. The individual will collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth invoicing operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating across teams and addressing customer inquiries
  • Knowledge of Finance and accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in using billing and financial software
  • Relevant experience in billing, finance, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
