Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role located in Noida. The Analyst will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support decision-making processes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency. The Analyst may also participate in strategic project planning, risk assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Research and Reporting: Ability to conduct in-depth research and present data-driven insights in clear, concise reports.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Skills in ensuring that analyses and outputs are free from errors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey complex data in an understandable manner.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of statistical tools, such as R or Python, is beneficial. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
