Job Title: TelecallerJob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, generating sales leads, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Follow up sales executives .
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Report regularly to the team leader/manager about call status and progress.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum graduate (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
