- Maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Update and maintain customer databases.
- Document call information and outcomes.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Report on sales progress and outcomes to supervisors.
- **Market Research**:
- Gather feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Report insights to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- **Compliance and Procedures**:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Do Not Call (DNC) lists.
- **Training and Development**:
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve business goals.
- Share insights and strategies to improve overall team performance.
- **Conflict Resolution**:
- Handle complaints and difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further action.
- **Performance Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly call reports.
