Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and achieve branch targets across banking products.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Lead and develop the branch team to meet performance goals.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback for strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 7 - 12 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability in sales, team management, and operational excellence.
  • High integrity, customer-centric mindset, and adaptability.
  • Should be currently working as Branch Manager only.

Age Criteria : Max 38 Years

Any vintage RM/ NRI RM /RM having a vast portfolio may apply. Will scrutiny for Personal Interview basis branch/ customer handling experience and CA - SA - TD portfolio Net worth.
