Wat ga je doen?

  • Employer branding versterken door het verhaal van Aertssen uit te dragen via online en offline kanalen
  • Creatieve employer branding- en recruitmentcampagnes bedenken en uitvoeren, met impact van België tot in het Midden-Oosten
  • Vacatureteksten herschrijven zodat ze authentiek en aantrekkelijk kandidaten aanspreken
  • Socialmediakanalen voor rekrutering beheren, posts inplannen en reageren op volgers
  • Visuele content creëren via tools zoals Adobe Photoshop die naadloos aansluit bij ons werkgeversmerk
  • Rapporteren aan en samenwerken met de Marketing & Brand Specialist

Wat maakt van jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Je volgt een bachelor- of graduaatopleiding in een marketinggerelateerde richting
  • Je bent op zoek naar een stage van 4 à 5 dagen per week, voor minstens 10 weken
  • Je hebt interesse in employer branding, recruitment marketing en contentcreatie
  • Je bent analytisch en geïnteresseerd in data en cijfers, met focus op meetbare impact
  • Je werkt graag samen en vertaalt input van anderen naar concrete acties
  • Je bent creatief, georganiseerd en behoudt overzicht
  • Je beschikt over een sterk gevoel voor taal en goede copywritingvaardigheden
  • Je kan vlot werken met Adobe Photoshop om visuele content te creëren
  • Je werkt gestructureerd in tools zoals Asana of Notion
  • Je bent hands-on en gedreven om te leren
  • Bekendheid met AI-tools zoals ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield of Copilot is een troef
  • Een rijbewijs B is een pluspunt
