Sr. Sales / Sales Executive – Retail Sales Symmetry(Kitchen & Wardrobe fittings)
Experience: 3–6 years

Department: Retail Sales - Symmetry(Kitchen & Wardrobe fittings)
Reporting To: Sales Manager / ASM
Job Summary:
The role involves visiting secondary markets (Dealers, Retailers, AID – Architects, Interior Designers, Developers), showcasing product range, driving orders, and ensuring smooth sales execution. Strong field presence and relationship management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Visits & Sales Execution
- Visit dealers and retailers to promote products.
- Generate orders from secondary markets and place them with distributors.
- Ensure planned monthly visits to dealers/retailers and AIDs.
- Follow up on order execution and fulfillment.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Resolve queries and provide after-sales support.
- Drive sales from active dealers.
3. Order Management
- Collect and process orders from dealers/retailers.
- Track order status and ensure timely closure.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting
- Identify trends, customer needs, and competitor moves.
- Share feedback with seniors on demand patterns and opportunities.
- Submit daily/weekly visit reports and order updates.
5. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Execute promotional activities like Carpenter Meets and Safalta Program.
- Support new product launches and category-wise sales focus.
- Improve retail branding locally.
Skills Required
Functional Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Product knowledge (training will be provided)
- Ability to manage fieldwork independently
- Basic knowledge of order processing
