We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in website development. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of website projects. You will work closely with our design, development, and client service teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate website design and development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, address any issues, and manage expectations.
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
  • Monitor project budgets and resources, identifying any potential risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including briefs, meeting notes, task assignments, and reports.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Assist in quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure websites are error-free, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably in website development projects.
  • Strong understanding of website design and development processes, including UX/UI design, content management systems (CMS), SEO, and web technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with web development tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS, etc., is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
