Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) for Uber India at our Chennai office. This is a day shift, work-from-office role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice support for Uber customers
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information using internal tools and systems
- Maintain quality and performance standards
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication in English and Tamil (both verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Gender: Male & Female both eligible
- Work Days: 6 days/week (Day shift)

Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: 17,000/month
- Variable Incentives: Up to 8,000/month
- Additional Benefits: PF & ESI provided
