Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) for Uber India at our Chennai office. This is a day shift, work-from-office role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice support for Uber customers
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information using internal tools and systems
  • Maintain quality and performance standards

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English and Tamil (both verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Gender: Male & Female both eligible
  • Work Days: 6 days/week (Day shift)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: 17,000/month
