Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Executive Accounts & Payroll for an on-site position located in Bangalore Urban. The individual will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, maintaining financial records, and handling tax compliance. The role also involves preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of all financial and payroll functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Accounting & MS Excel
  • Proficiency in Payroll Processing and Tax Compliance
  • Experience with Financial Reporting and Budget Management
  • Ability to prepare Financial Statements and maintain Accurate Financial Records
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Accounting & Payroll Software viz. Tally, Zoho books and Quick books, GreytHR
  • Experience in a similar role within the consulting or finance industry preferred
