Social Media Manager

You'll lead the social media presence for:

• Framed Memoirs
   – India's award-winning wedding storytellers
• Framed Productions
   – Commercial campaigns for brands across fashion, interiors, lifestyle
• Framed Studio
   – Maternity, kids, family portraits
• Ronak & Riddhi's Personal Brand
   – Founders as faces of a modern creative company

Your Core ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

• Build 
  monthly content calendars
   across all handles (Memoirs, Productions, Studio, Founders)
• Define content pillars, campaign ideas, and digital voice per brand
• Stay ahead of social trends, reel formats, and evolving platform shifts

Content & Creative Direction

• Own the 
  concept-to-post process
   for reels, carousels, stories, and campaigns
• Work with in-house photographers, videographers, and editors to generate assets
• Direct a team of 
  3–4 designers/editors
  , ensuring timelines and quality

Execution & Optimization

• Review and approve all content before it goes live
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Balance creative instincts with data-driven decision making

Collaboration

• Work closely with the founders on personal brand positioning
• Sync with the photography/video teams to plan post-shoot content
• Collaborate with campaign leads, clients, and in-house creatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years
   of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of 
  design principles
  , visual storytelling, and Instagram aesthetics
• Confident with tools like 
  Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway
• Experience working with creative teams, giving feedback, and improving output
• Ability to 
  plan ahead, multitask, and lead
   in a fast-paced, visually rich environment
• Bonus: Background or interest in 
  photography, filmmaking, design, or lifestyle content
