Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager International Marketing to
strengthen our global dairy business. The role focuses on promoting the identity of our
brand in international markets and enhancing the visibility of Heritage and other group
brands. Key responsibilities include product design, packaging coordination, branding,
digital marketing, event management, and international promotions. The candidate will
collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with
international market standards while maximizing brand presence across platforms. The
ideal candidate should possess strong communication, creativity, and presentation skills,
with proven experience in trade shows, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing.
Promotional Development & Execution:
Develop & Manage promotional materials (brochures, displays, digital assets, POS materials).
Organize and execute promotional activities at in-shops, out-shops, trade shows, public
gatherings, and exhibitions.
Ensure effective placement of coolers, freezers, and other marketing assets.
Responsible for ATL/BTL and brand visible aspects
Business & Marketing Strategy
Plan, Execute & promote the business & achieve the sales targets as per business plan.
Build and deploy consumer acquisition models and effective marketing strategies.
Conduct market studies to analyze new products and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain market intelligence systems.
Monitor competitor and consumer activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
Brand Awareness & PR
Utilize PR effectively to enhance brand awareness in international markets.
Review and identify business gaps and design impactful promotional activities.
Manage customer contact programs and address consumer complaints promptly.
Compliance & Coordination
Ensure compliance with all local, international, Statutory requirements, ISO standards,
and audit guidelines.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and internal teams for seamless
execution.
Establish and manage agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers.
Co-ordination for Product & Packaging Design:
Ensure proper work on product design, packaging layouts, labeling to align with
international standards
Ensure packaging content includes correct nutritional values, ingredient details, and
complies with market-specific regulations.
Coordinate with the packaging team for timely execution and quality checks.
Creative Development:
Oversee design & development of logos, artworks, branding elements for dairy products.
Liaise with advertising and creative agencies for promotional content creation.
Develop digital content for social media, websites for international marketing platforms.
Event & Trade Show Management:
Plan and coordinate participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
Oversee booth/stall development and ensure effective brand visibility.
Manage partnerships with associates and off-roll teams during events.
Digital & Influencer Marketing:
Drive international social media marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Ensure website content is up to date with accurate information, campaigns, & data.
Track digital engagement and suggest improvements for brand visibility.
Building consumer focused marketing campaigns based on business needs and
measuring the effectiveness of the campaigns.
Cross-Functional team Coordination:
Work closely with R&D, Packaging, QA, Operations, Supply chain, and sales teams to
support international marketing requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between packaging, branding, and promotional vendors.
Co-ordination with local / International vendors or agencies for Marketing activities
Budgeting & Reporting:
Prepare and manage international marketing budgets.
Monitor spending, track ROI on campaigns, and report effectiveness to management.
MIS reports
Required Pre-requisites:
3-6 yrs of experience in handling international market
FMCG/Dairy Industries experience is mandatory
Age Criteria: 28-30 yrs
