Role Overview

As a
Content Strategist
, you'll be the creative mind behind Freyja's storytelling — developing, planning, and executing content strategies that resonate with modern, global audiences. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure Freyja's content reflects its identity: bold, aesthetic, and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a
    content strategy
    aligned with Freyja's brand vision and marketing goals.
  • Create and manage
    content calendars
    for social media, website, campaigns, and brand communications.
  • Write and edit compelling
    copy for digital platforms
    , including blogs, emails, ads, and brand stories.
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies for better engagement and reach.
  • Stay updated on
    fashion, lifestyle, and digital trends
    to keep Freyja's voice fresh and relevant.
  • Manage influencer briefs, campaign narratives, and creative collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing
    (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong command over
    brand storytelling, tone, and visual communication
    .
  • Excellent writing, editing, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Understanding of
    social media trends, SEO, and performance marketing content
    .
  • Creative mindset with the ability to balance style, storytelling, and strategy.
