Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, located in Mumbai. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving customer inquiries and issues, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions. The role includes monitoring customer feedback, working on improving service quality, and identifying opportunities for business growth through enhanced customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Customer interaction and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with CRM software and databases
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
