Project Manager – Civil (Industrial Projects)

Location: Pune (initially), transferable across India after project completion

Job Type: Full-time/On-site

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Project Managers (Civil) to lead the execution of tender-based industrial construction projects. The role involves coordination with various stakeholders, ensuring timely execution, quality control, site supervision, and billing processes including MEP works. Ideal candidates must have hands-on industrial project experience and a proactive management style.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have experience of working on TENDER based execution from contractors

Coordination with client, consultants and various contractors working for project

Reporting and documentation; DPR, WPR, MPR, Other site related documentation

Meeting coordination: Inviting meeting to concern persons with Agenda, circulation and review of Minutes of meeting

Quality control on site with help of Checklist and testing

Supervision for getting works done as per drawings and tender from candidate)

Execution and coordination as per Tender terms

Bill certification (Itemize)

Should have Knowledge of MEP work execution & Billing

Project closure with proper documentation

Reporting to (Position) Project Coordinator

Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost constraints.

Resolve project issues, delays and technical conflicts.

Report project status and updates to Senior Management and clients regularly.

Enforce HSE compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality on site.

Manage changes in project scope and ensure timely approval through formal change control processes.

Vendor negotiation and co-ordination with contractors for efficient project execution

Supervision project work from Civil stage at commencement to commissioning

Qualifications:

B.E. Civil Engineering: 10–12 years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE): 12–15 years of experience (minimize at least 2–3 years of experience on industrial construction projects)

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination, presentation, AutoCAD and multi-tasking abilities

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MSP) or other planning tools

Good understanding of MEP works and billing
