Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, such as organizing and maintaining records, scheduling appointments, managing communications, and aiding in tax registrations and incorporations. The Assistant will also provide support in startup consulting tasks, liaise with clients, and help streamline administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including organizing and maintaining records
- Communication skills for managing internal and external communications
- Experience with scheduling and appointment management
- Basic knowledge of tax registrations and company incorporations
- Customer service experience and client liaising skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience in the financial or legal sector is a plus
