Senior Design Engineer – HVAC
to join our team and lead projects across diverse sectors including
hospitals, hotels, offices, IT fit-outs, residential & commercial buildings, and industries
.


What You'll Do

  • Lead HVAC system
    design, drafting, and execution
    from concept to completion.
  • Perform
    heat load calculations (HAP/Excel)
    , duct/piping sizing, chiller plant & AHU room planning.
  • Design ventilation systems for
    kitchens, basements, cleanrooms, and data centers
    .
  • Prepare
    schematic drawings, DBRs, BOQs, technical specifications & estimates
    .
  • Coordinate with project teams, respond to RFIs, review materials/drawings, and ensure
    quality deliverables
    .
  • Guide and monitor site execution, ensuring timely progress and client satisfaction.


What We're Looking For

  • B.E. Mechanical Engineering
    degree.
  • 5–8 years
    of proven experience in HVAC Design & Drafting.
  • Strong knowledge of
    NBC, ASHRAE, ISHRAE
    standards.
  • Expertise in
    AutoCAD & MS Office
    (Revit MEP is a plus).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to client offices and project sites.
