About the Program:

Join our E-commerce Experience Certification Program, designed to provide practical exposure to the fast-growing digital business world. This is a 6-month, full-time internship offering hands-on experience, advanced training under experienced team leaders, and the opportunity to secure a full-time position based on performance.

Interns will work closely with clients, the marketing team, and design departments to manage real projects, develop professional skills, and gain deep insight into e-commerce operations.

Available Positions & Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize online advertisements (Google, Meta, Instagram, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Support e-commerce platform management and social media marketing.
  • Coordinate with the design and client service teams for campaign execution.

2. Graphics Design Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative visuals for digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
  • Create social media posts, banners, and product creatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
  • Edit and enhance images for online listings and promotional use.

3. Relationship Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate with existing clients regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in client onboarding, reporting, and feedback management.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and proactive communication.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education)
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer relations (preferred)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
