What You'll Do:

This is
not
a support role. You'll work directly with our Marketing Manager and CMO, and you'll
own things that matter:
campaigns, content, visibility, and outcomes.

  • Execute campaigns:
    cold email flows, LinkedIn sequences, webinars, events, SEO content.
  • Build lead-gen assets:
    decks, social posts, landing pages, lead magnets.
  • Power up our platforms:
    FutureScope
    ,
    Wellbeing Awards
    , and more.
  • Coordinate creatives:
    writers, designers, editors, freelancers, AI tools.
  • Track and optimise:
    campaign performance, content calendars, engagement metrics.
  • Help us go viral:
    repurpose founder insights, client case studies, and trends into LinkedIn gold.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of
    hands-on marketing experience
    (internships, freelance, or full-time — we care about what you've shipped).
  • You've built decks, written posts, launched mailers, or run campaigns — and
    actually enjoyed it
    .
  • You have strong taste, in content, design, or storytelling.
  • You're comfortable with tools like Canva, Notion, Google Suite, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, and are excited to learn more.
  • You're sharp, proactive, and believe in
    figuring things out, not waiting for instructions.
  • Extremely AI Fluent is a MUST have.
