Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special abilities? Are you a skilled educator with a knack for effective communication and interpersonal skills? If so, Enlighten SEN Services is looking for a dedicated Shadow Teacher to join our team

As a Shadow Teacher, you will work closely with children who have special abilities in school and at the Child's home, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. Your role will involve teaching, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and counseling to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to children with special abilities in the classroom.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Use effective communication strategies to facilitate learning and development.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to help children navigate challenges.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to support plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of the child's progress and achievements.

Note

  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, Part/Full-time (4-7 hrs/day)
  • Salary: Will be finalized post interview
  • Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

In addition to providing shadow teaching service for a child in a mainstream classroom, we offer home-based remedial tutoring and homeschooling programmes to meet the academic, behavioural, and social-emotional needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Emotional Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and other challenges. In order to help children "move forward" more easily whilst thoroughly relishing their school experiences, we wish to serve as the link between the parents and the school. Every child engages with a skilled and dedicated teacher. To ensure each child's safety and health, we adhere to strict SOPs and practise improved sanitation.
