We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily e-commerce operations, streamline workflows, and ensure smooth order fulfillment across all online sales channels and CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of order processing, RTO (Return to Origin) management, and a keen eye for operational efficiency.

We provide a wide array of luxurious perfumes at prices that make luxury accessible. Our mission is to deliver the best in fragrance quality, ensuring each customer finds their unique expression through our products.

E-commerce Operations Specialist a must:

  • Strategically plan and manage order operations and ensure timely fulfillment of all online orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure accurate dispatch and delivery.
  • Daily order Report for Order Fulfillment, RTO and Order Dispatch Details.
  • Continuously look for improvements to operations.
  • Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.
  • Order processing from CRM or Marketpalce like - Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, Meesho, Shopsy, Delhivery and etc.
