About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive who can confidently connect with school decision-makers and create qualified opportunities for our Business Development team. If you enjoy communication, sales, and driving outcomes this is a role where you'll shine.

Objective

To connect with key school decision-makers, generate high-quality leads, and secure qualified meetings that support the Business Development team's growth objectives.

Key Responsibility

  • Engage with schools through various communication channels using CRM-based lead information
  • Communicate the value of Marcos Quay's sports & education programs.
  • Manage and nurture warm leads by building ongoing rapport and guiding them through the engagement process.
  • Collaborate with BDEs to ensure smooth coordination of scheduled meetings, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain updated records of daily interactions and activities within the CRM system
  • Contribute to outreach initiatives including email communication, WhatsApp updates, and follow-up messages to strengthen prospect engagement

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage school stakeholder
  • Ability to build rapport, identify interest, and qualify prospects
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or lead-tracking tools
  • Ability to manage outreach across channels like email, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
  • Prior experience in inside sales, lead generation, or client engagement is preferred.
