About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about our courses, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first inquiry to final enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students through phone calls, emails, online chats, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career prospects.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Manage and update the student database using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth communication of admission updates and campaign outcomes.
  • Participate in education fairs, webinars, and other promotional activities as needed.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Handle student queries, concerns, and documentation efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in counseling, student recruitment, or educational sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping students make informed decisions.
