Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Head Office Mohali, Punjab

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 0 – 4 years (Freshers can apply)

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Admission Counsellor to join our Head Office in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping students, and a strong interest in career counseling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to connect with prospective students.
  • Counsel students and parents about available courses, fee structures, and career opportunities.
  • Guide students through the admission process and follow up on leads to ensure successful enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate student records and update the database regularly.
  • Work towards achieving monthly admission/enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions.
  • Support promotional and marketing activities as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0 – 4 years (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and a strong inclination towards sales and counseling.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools preferred).
  • Female candidates only.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mohali.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Week Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday + All Sundays off
  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
