We are hiring for the role of Business Intelligence(BI) Manager for Healthcare(RCM) Business

(This position is not for developers)

Basic Details:

1.Role/Designation: BI Client Facing Presentation Manager

2.Required Experience: 8 Years & above (RCM Experience is Mandatory)

3.Shift Timing: 6.30 Pm to 3.30 Am (US Shift)

4.Work Mode: Remote (Permanent Work From Home)

Required Skill Set:

1.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

2.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

3.Ability to identify patterns and trends in RCM data.

4.Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively

5.Advanced Knowledge in MS Excel

6.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

7.Good understanding of various functions of RCM Process

8.Good understanding of KPI metrics of different functions of RCM Process

9.Experience in Presenting Denial, AR, Month end Dashboard etc.,

JD for BI Client Facing Presentation Manager:

  1. Periodic review KPI's with Client.

  2. Weekly / Monthly Reporting review with Client of Practice Financial Health

  3. Dashboard presentation with CEO/CFO level at client end.

  4. Identify patterns and trends from BI Data and communicate to client.

  5. Interpret data and communicate to client.

  6. Collaborate with CSC and BI Team on client deliverables.

  7. Maintain client agenda effectively.

  8. Work with Team to close the action items from client on TAT.
