Key Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy & Enhancement

  • Develop, refine, and execute QI Spines BI & Analytics strategy in alignment with rapid growth plans.
  • Conduct data needs assessments across departments to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Design and implement an integrated data roadmap (collection, storage, transformation).
  • Introduce innovative data technologies and platforms to strengthen analytical capabilities.

2. Data Platform & Reporting Excellence

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the organization's data platform, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Build and manage dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for business KPIs.
  • Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and automation across systems.
  • Collaborate with product teams to automate key business metrics within the app.

3. Data-Driven Insights & Action

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Deliver actionable insights across patient behavior, marketing, operations, and clinical outcomes.
  • Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive models to forecast and optimize performance.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Impact

  • Collaborate with senior leaders (Operations, Clinical, Sales, etc.) to align analytics with key business goals.
  • Partner with the People function for workforce analytics and performance tracking.
  • Establish and monitor BI success metrics (data quality, adoption, business impact).
  • Present insightful, executive-level reports to leadership and decision-makers.

5. Culture of Data & Innovation

  • Champion a data-first culture across teams.
  • Stay updated on BI and analytics trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Encourage data literacy and empower teams to make informed, analytics-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 7–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Strategy.
  • Proven track record of building and leading data teams within high-growth or dynamic organizations.
  • Strong experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Experience translating business requirements into actionable data solutions.
  • Exposure to Healthcare, D2C, or B2C service industries is a strong plus.

Skills & Technical Expertise

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in data visualization and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics preferred.
  • Solid understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
