  • Demonstrate Performance: Validate and define process performance at pilot scale.
  • Conduct Studies: Perform engineering lab studies for scale-up data.
  • Develop Designs: Create and share conceptual designs for plant-scale operations.
  • Implement Modifications: Review and implement necessary engineering modifications.
  • Commission Processes: Lead process commissioning activities with cross-functional teams
