Job Description:

Execute process engineering deliverables during project execution phase.

Support in commissioning & start-up activities of new plants and modifications.

Coordinate with process design team, project team, and site execution team to ensure smooth implementation.

Review and validate PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and process calculations during execution stage.

Supervise installation and commissioning of process equipment (reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, distillation columns, etc.).

Provide technical support for troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and performance testing.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during execution.

Assist in conducting HAZOP/HAZAN, risk assessment, and process safety reviews.

Monitor progress of execution activities, identify bottlenecks, and provide timely solutions.

Support handover of project deliverables from engineering to operations & maintenance team.
