We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Salesperson to join our sales team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through in-person meetings and territory visits. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Travel within assigned territory to meet with prospective and existing customers.
  • Present products or services, explain features and benefits, and address client questions.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer information using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
