Reporting and Analytics - Lead Level Mid Function Procurement Reporting Manager Head - Procurement Role Objective The Procurement Reporting and Analytics Functional Lead will translate business needs into clear KPI frameworks, reporting requirements, and actionable insights. The role focuses on defining metrics, standardizing calculations, validating data, and driving adoption of reports and dashboards (primarily in Power BI) to support category, sourcing, and supplier management decisions Key Responsibilities Define KPI Framework: Establish and maintain standard definitions and calculation logic for procurement KPIs (spend, savings, PPV, OTIF/OTD, cycle time, compliance, supplier quality/risk)

Requirements Elicitation: Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for reports and dashboards

Reporting Governance: Own the reporting catalog, data dictionary, and metric glossary; manage change requests and version history

Partner with BI/IT: Translate functional needs into technical specs for BI developers; prioritize backlog and align releases with business timelines

Data Validation and UAT: Reconcile outputs to source systems (ERP/P2P/AP), run QA checks, and lead user acceptance testing before go-live

Standard Reports and Scorecards: Design layouts and specifications for management dashboards; ensure consistency across categories and regions

User Enablement and Adoption: Create guides, conduct training, and host office hours to promote self-service analytics and proper KPI usage

Insights and Storytelling: Perform ad hoc analysis, interpret trends, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure reports adhere to policy, audit needs, and data privacy standards; maintain traceability of KPI logic

Continuous Improvement: Monitor usage and feedback; propose enhancements to streamline reporting processes and improve decision-making Job Specifications Experience 24 years in procurement operations, category management, or supplier management with strong exposure to reporting/analytics

Experience working with procurement data (PO/GR/Invoice, contracts, supplier performance, spend taxonomy) preferred Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or relevant field. Certifications Nice to have: Microsoft Power BI Fundamentals (PL-900) or Data Analyst (PL-300) Competencies Behavioural Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; maintains high data accuracy

Clear communication and stakeholder management; able to translate data into business insights

Ownership mindset, structured documentation, and ability to manage multiple priorities Functional Solid understanding of procurement processes: sourcing, P2P, supplier management, contracts, and compliance.

Proficient in defining KPIs, building supplier scorecards, and standardizing metrics across teams.

Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and reporting governance. Technical Working proficiency with Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, lookups; familiarity with DAX/Power Query for basic needs).

Basic SQL for querying and validation; ability to read and interpret data models.

Familiarity with ERP/P2P sources - SAP S/4 Hana, other sourcing tools
