Key Responsibilities

The duties of the ground crew are diverse and can include:

  • Passenger Services: Assisting passengers with check-in, ticket sales, confirming reservations, providing information, and helping those with special needs or disabilities.
  • Baggage Handling: Loading and unloading luggage from aircraft, tagging bags correctly, and ensuring they reach their destination.
