Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager SSC located in Pune. The Manager SSC will be responsible for managing shared services operations, ensuring compliance with standards, driving process improvements, and overseeing financial data processing. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with international teams, managing performance metrics, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing shared services operations and financial data processing
  • Skills in compliance, process improvement, and performance metric management
  • Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with international teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and data analysis
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
