Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with business leaders to design HR strategies that support rapid business scaling in the staffing industry.
- Provide guidance to leadership on workforce planning, productivity, and organizational development.
- Establish HR policies that balance compliance, business agility, and employee engagement.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead high-volume hiring strategies for recruiters, sales, and delivery teams across multiple locations.
- Build innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies to attract top recruitment talent.
- Implement retention programs to reduce attrition in a highly competitive staffing environment.
- Performance & Culture
- Drive robust performance management processes tied to business KPIs and revenue goals.
- Build incentive and recognition programs tailored for sales and recruitment functions.
- Foster a high-energy, target-driven, and ethical work culture.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Design compensation structures with a strong focus on fixed + variable pay models to motivate performance.
- Benchmark salary structures for recruitment and sales roles in the staffing industry.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, incentive payouts, and statutory compliance.
- Learning & Development
- Build structured training programs for recruiters and sales teams (e.g., sourcing strategies, client handling, compliance awareness).
- Implement leadership development initiatives to create a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Employee Engagement & Compliance
- Drive engagement programs designed for young, high-energy recruitment teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, client-specific background verification (BGV) standards, and staffing regulations.
- Create transparent communication channels to manage employee concerns and escalations.
- HR Operations & Technology
- Oversee HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights (attrition, hiring ratios, productivity metrics) to guide business decisions.
- Standardize HR processes across multiple delivery centers.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12–18 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within staffing / recruitment / IT services.
- Proven track record in managing large recruiter and sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and staffing industry best practices.
- Experience in driving high-volume hiring and reducing attrition in recruitment-heavy setups.
