Key Responsibilities

The SEO Analyst will focus on execution tasks across off-page, on-page, and technical SEO,

including:

Off-Page SEO:

  • Link prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Guest posting support, listing submissions, and profile optimization.
  • Monitoring lost backlinks and reclaiming opportunities.
  • Identifying and fixing broken link opportunities.
  • Supporting content amplification across community platforms (Quora, Reddit, Medium ,etc.).

On-Page SEO:

  • Updating meta titles, descriptions, and alt text.
  • Internal linking across blogs and landing pages.
  • Uploading and formatting blogs in CMS.
  • Adding schema markup and maintaining SEO hygiene in published content.
  • Refreshing older blogs with updated information and links.

Technical SEO:

  • Running site audits and flagging issues (404s, redirects, duplicate content, etc.).
  • Checking Google Search Console for coverage errors, indexation issues, and sitemap health.
  • Monitoring Core Web Vitals and page speed performance.
  • Validating structured data for accuracy.

Reporting & Tracking:

  • Preparing SEO reports on rankings, traffic, backlinks, and site health.
  • Tracking KPIs like organic traffic, keyword performance, and link acquisitions.
