Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MD Microbiologist / Consultant Microbiologist to lead and manage end-to-end operations of the Microbiology Department. The role involves direct interaction with customers, oversight of key areas including Serology, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology, and full responsibility for handling CAP and NABL audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Microbiology Department
  • Ensure quality and compliance in Serology, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology
  • Handle CAP and NABL audits independently
  • Liaise directly with clients/customers as needed
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
