We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Officer to promote and increase footfall to our Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, building partnerships with local businesses and institutions, and driving ticket sales through direct outreach. This role involves fieldwork, relationship-building, and active promotion of the parks eco-tourism, educational, and recreational offerings. Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Eco Parks features, activities, and events to schools, colleges, corporates, travel agents, and community groups.
  • Conduct field visits to potential partners and customer locations for direct promotion and sales.
  • Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and event invitations.
  • Organize and attend promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows.
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert them into visits, bookings, or ticket sales.
  • Maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and local institutions for group bookings.
  • Provide regular feedback on customer insights, market trends, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align field strategies with overall campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field or any (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and frequent travel within the region.
  • Passion for nature, sustainability, and eco-tourism.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
